NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Bon Wier.

* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Major lowland flooding will occur. Sabine
  Sands Road has about one to three feet of water covering the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 29.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.6
    feet Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Pine Island Bayou near Sour Lake.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water inundates roads in lowland areas
  near the river. Low spots on Old Sour Lake Road are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 AM CDT Wednesday was 25.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 18.9 feet Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 6.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 4.5 feet Monday
    morning.
