...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL BEAUREGARD AND
SOUTH CENTRAL VERNON PARISHES THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 656 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Junction, or 7 miles west of De Ridder, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
De Ridder, Rosepine, and Junction.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
