For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Small Craft Advisories are in effect for all nearshore
zones due to strong post-frontal winds bringing potential for
hazardous waves. Light shower potential exists through the
weekend, mainly across northern Lake Huron. Winds gradually
lighten ahead of a high pressure center, 30.00 inches, arriving
at the start of next week.

.TONIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts to 20 knots. A
chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
late in the afternoon. A chance of showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet
building to 4 to 6 feet late in the afternoon. Waves occasionally
around 8 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around
30 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots in the late evening and
overnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers in the
afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and early morning...then increasing
to 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 15 to
20 knots late in the afternoon...then decreasing to 10 to
15 knots late in the evening. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet until early morning.
.TUESDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the southeast
until early morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
