For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough averaging 29.5 inches will move across the
lower Great Lakes through Friday before weakening to 29.8 inches
while sliding to New England over the weekend. A 29.9 inch high
will approach the Lake from the west Monday.
