  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harrison-Dever Crib, Wilmette Harbor, Montrose Harbor, Monroe
  Harbor, Belmont Harbor, Burnham Harbor, Diversy Harbor, and DuSable
  Harbor.
