For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 inch low pressure system over James Bay drags
a 29.6 inch trough over Lake Superior tonight through Thursday
morning. 30.1 inch ridging moves into the High Plains late
Thursday into Friday, becoming centered over Lake Superior on
Friday afternoon. This high pressure builds to 30.2 inches and
moves over the central Great Lakes Saturday, and will continue
shifting east toward New England on Sunday. Deepening low pressure
near 29.2 inches emerges out of the High Plains, moving northeast
towards the Hudson Bay Sunday into Monday, extending a 29.6 inch
trough over Lake Superior.
