...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM EDT THIS
EVENING FOR EAST CENTRAL CECIL AND SOUTHEASTERN HARFORD COUNTIES...

At 941 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. The Maryland Department of Highways has reported flash
flooding along US 40 and Maryland Route 132.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
