shifting to the north after midnight.
.MONDAY...Sunny. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Some thunderstorms may be severe. Highs in the upper 70s
in the mountains to around 103 along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds
10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 40 percent.
