  Southern Lea County in southeastern New Mexico...
  Northern Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
  Northwestern Loving County in western Texas...

* Until 600 PM CDT/500 PM MDT/.

* At 457 PM CDT/357 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 8
  miles west of Malaga, or 14 miles south of Carlsbad, moving
  southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Red Bluff Reservoir, Malaga, and Red Bluff.
