Light southeast to southerly winds at the burn site today. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms could move through the area in the late
morning to mid afternoon hours, which could result in erratic and gusty
winds, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Dispersion values
will rise to generally good by this afternoon. Minimum relative
humidity values should remain around or above 55 percent today.
