.DISCUSSION...

High pressure over the western Atlantic will keep generally light
east-southeast winds at the burn site today and Thursday.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms could move through the area in
the late morning to early afternoon hours, which could result in
locally erratic wind gusts and heavy downpours. Dispersion values
will range from fair to generally good each afternoon. Minimum
relative humidity values should remain around or above 50 percent
today, and 55 percent on Thursday.
