.DISCUSSION...High pressure will strengthen today, then
gradually shift east Monday. This will bring warm weather with
above normal temperatures, and local diurnal winds. There is a
5-10% chance of thunderstorms over northern California and east of
the Cascades Monday evening. An upper trough will move in
Tuesday, bringing a chance for showers across northwest portions
of the area, mainly Coos and Douglas counties. There is also a
15-20% chance of thunderstorms east of the Cascades. There could
be some strong winds east of the Cascades on Wednesday evening.
Conditions warm and dry towards the end of the week.
