Winthrop Harbor IL...

At 838 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Winthrop
Harbor, moving north at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

The strong thunderstorms will track northward along the shoreline
and over the Open Waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
