...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LOUDON...SOUTHERN
BLOUNT AND MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 500 AM EDT...

At 419 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles east of Madisonville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Madisonville, Smoky Mountains-Twentymile Creek, Smoky
Mountains-Fontana Area, Vonore, Greenback, Tellico Plains, Fort
Loudon State Park, Tariffville, McGee Carson Peninsula, and Happy
Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT for east
Tennessee.
