Low clouds, cool temperatures, breezy to gusty onshore winds,
especially interior gaps or passes today. High pressure will build
over the district Tuesday resulting in warming and drying. Hot
temperatures and lower humidity will impact interior portions of the
district Tuesday through Friday, cooling sea breezes are likely on
the immediate coastline by later this week.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Rain will continue to intensify and spread south along the coast
this evening and Monday morning. A period of moderate to heavy
rainfall is expected in Del Norte County and northern Humboldt
early Monday. Rainfall total amounts of 1.2 to 2.2 inches in Del
Norte and 0.2 to 1.0 inches in Humboldt. Lesser amounts of trace to
0.2 inches is most likely on the Mendocino coast and in the
interior. Short lived southerly winds gusting up to 30 mph will
accompany the rain. Summer will quickly return by mid next week,
especially for Lake and Mendocino Counties with temperatures over
100 and RH below 20 percent.
