.DISCUSSION...Above average temperatures peak Thursday in the mid
to upper 90s before temperatures cool into the upper 80s to low
90s Friday. Light southwest winds continue Thursday with gusts up
to 15 mph before becoming more southerly overnight Thursday into
Friday. Sustained light southwest winds continue Friday with the
potential for gusts up to 15 mph during the afternoon.
Probabilistic guidance shows a low chance (less than 20%) of gusts
greater than 15 mph developing. Poor to fair daytime humidity
retention Thursday and Friday with values in the low to mid 30s on
Thursday increasing to the upper 30s to low 40s on Friday. Fair
to good overnight humidity recoveries continue Thursday into
Friday with values in the mid to upper 80s.
