.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist across the N
waters tonight into Wed night, shift S to the central waters Thu,
persist into Sat while slowly weakening, and then shift E of the
region Sat night. A weak tropical wave will move W and pass near
or just S of the far S waters later Thu into Thu night, and then
move onshore over the far SE states Fri. A weak cold front will
stall near 40N Fri night, and then lift N away from the area as a
warm front Sat into Sat night. Another cold front will approach
from the W and NW Sun and Sun night.
