.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the N waters will drift SE tonight
through Wed night while weakening. A stationary front draped
across the waters E of the Virginia Capes today will slowly
return N as a warm front Wed into Wed night. The front will then
stall again N of the waters Thu into Thu night. Weak low pressure
will move E and NE off the Mid- Atlantic and across the waters
Thu night into Fri night while pulling another cold front over
the waters. The front will move SE of the waters Sat night,
stalling S of the waters Sun.
