.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh SE winds will prevail
across the regional waters through the next several days. A
deep-layered upper trough across the western Atlantic extending
southward to Puerto Rico will move eastward across the region and
support active weather ahead of it through tonight. The next
tropical wave with better potential for squally weather is
expected early next week.
