.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the central Atlantic will
continue to generally support gentle to moderate east to
southeast winds over the regional waters. Winds will briefly
diminish to light to gentle speeds on Sun night and Mon, but
reach moderate to fresh speeds in the Caribbean waters Mon night
as a tropical wave moves south of the region to the central
Caribbean. The tropical wave presently just W of the Windward
Islands will bring scattered to numerous showers and tstms to
the eastern Caribbean waters tonight through Mon. Strong gusty
winds and rough seas are likely with this activity. Gentle to
moderate trades are forecast across the regional waters the
remainder forecast period.
