.Synopsis...A surface ridge N of Kauai will move S into N
offshore waters tonight and Thursday, then stall just N of Kauai
on Friday. The ridge is expected to lift to the N on Saturday.

.TONIGHT...East southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet.
Wave Detail: East 4 feet at 8 seconds and northwest 3 feet at
12 seconds. Isolated showers.
.THURSDAY...Winds variable less than 10 knots to Kauai. East
northeast 10 to 15 knots elsewhere. Seas 4 to 5 feet. Wave
Detail: East southeast 3 feet at 8 seconds and northwest 3 feet
at 11  seconds.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet.
