Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure SE of Georges Bank early this morning, will gradually shift E away from the area today. A stalled front just S of the waters early today will approach the area as a warm front by tonight. The warm front will lift N across the waters Mon and Mon night. A cold front will approach the coast late Mon night into Tue, and then slide E and SE over the waters late Tue and Tue night while weakening. Low pressure and another front will approach the coast Wed, and move slowly into the waters Wed night and Thu. A low pressure trough will move E across the waters Thu night.
