.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...An area of low pressure S of
the waters will slowly drift E today through Sun while weakening.
High pressure will build slowly S over the area Sat through Mon,
and drift S over the region Mon night into Tue. The high will
then shift E of the waters Tue night.
