offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will drift
offshore this morning, then dissipate today. Another cold front
will move to the coast later today, push offshore tonight, then
clear S of the waters Sat. High pressure will build into the area
Sat and Sat night, then shift E of the waters Sun. A warm front
will approach from the SW Sun night, then lift N across the
waters Mon and Mon night. A cold front will approach the coast
Mon night, then move offshore Tue and Tue night.
