.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A lingering surface trough along
and near the New England coast will persist into Sat night. High
pressure will build E across the region today through Sat,
persist Sat night, then move E of the waters Sun and Sun night.
Low pressure will move off the New Jersey coast Mon, then
continue E across the area Mon night and Tue. High pressure will
build over the waters behind the low Tue and Tue night.
