.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front near the Georgia and
Carolina coasts early this morning will drift E while weakening
today into tonight with the front dissipating by Sun. A second
cold front will approach the coast Sun morning, move slowly
offshore later Sun into Sun evening, reach the outer waters later
Sun night, and then stall over the S waters Mon. The front will
remain over the S waters Mon night as low pressure begins to
organize along the front just off the S Carolina coast. The low
will continue to organize and move slowly E and NE over the
central waters Tue and Tue night into Wed while pulling a
trailing cold front E over the S waters. The low will pass E of
the central and N waters later Wed with the trailing cold front
clearing E of the area. Weak high pressure will build over most
the waters behind the low and cold front Wed night.
