beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure centered E of
Hatteras Canyon will continue to drift SE tonight while
weakening. A weak warm front draped SE from Cape May to 34N70W
will slowly move N tonight and Thu. The front will then become
stationary N of the waters Thu night. A cold front will move E
across the Appalachians Thu, and will reach the Mid- Atlantic
coast late Thu night. It will pass across the N waters Fri and
the S waters Fri night. It will then become stationary S of the
waters Sat and Sat night before weakening Sun. Another front will
approach the N waters from the W Sun and Sun night. The front
will reach the S waters on Mon, then becomes stationary near 30N
Mon night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
