West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front will persist
over the N waters tonight into Sun, then will return N as a weak
warm front later Sun and Sun night, with the front passing N of
the waters Mon. Scattered thunderstorms are likely mainly over
the southern waters through Sun, and mariners should used caution
for gusty winds and rough seas in and near the heavier
thunderstorms. A cold front will move E and approach the Mid-
Atlantic coast late Mon into Mon night, before passing E and SE
over the region later Mon night into Tue night while weakening. A
secondary cold front will approach the coast Wed, and then move E
and SE over the waters Wed night into Thu night while high
pressure builds slowly E to the coast.
