.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening cold
front moving E over the waters will move inland later this
morning. High pressure will build into the area today and tonight
and persist into Mon while weakening. Another cold front will
move E into the waters later Mon night into Tue with high
pressure once again rebuilding over the area late Tue through Wed
night and persisting into Thu. The ridge of high pressure will
shift inland Thu night as a cold front then moves over the
waters. A coastal trough will develop along coastal Oregon Tue
night into Thu, then weaken Thu night.
