.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front moving
E over the waters tonight will weaken and move inland Sun. High
pressure will build into the area Sun and Sun night and persist
into Mon while weakening. A cold front will move E into the
waters later Mon night into Tue with high pressure once again
rebuilding over the area late Tue through Wed night and persist
into Thu while weakening. The ridge of high pressure will shift
inland Thu night as a cold front approaches and enters the outer
waters. A coastal trough will develop along coastal Oregon Tue
night into Thu, then weaken Thu night.
