.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
continue to build over the area today into tonight and persist
into Thu. The ridge of high pressure will shift inland Thu night
as another cold front moves over the waters. High pressure will
gradually build in behind the front Fri and Fri night, then
persist through Sun night. A coastal trough will persist along
the Oregon coast today into Thu, then weaken and retreat to the S
Thu night.
