.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening high
pressure ridge will give way to a weak cold front that moves
across the region early this morning through later today as high
pressure rebuilds W of the area later this afternoon into
tonight. The high pressure ridge will move E across the waters
Sun into Mon. A weak cold front will move into the region Mon
night into Tue with high pressure once again rebuilding over the
area late Tue through Wed night. A coastal trough will develop
along Oregon Tue night into Wed night.
