portion of the waters will strengthen today through Mon, then
persist through Tue night. A coastal low pressure trough will
persist through Tue night along the central and northern
California coast, varying in intensity each day. A cold front
will move into the northern California waters tonight and Fri
before dissipating as it moves S. A weak area of high pressure
will try to build over the southern California waters Sun.
