.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build across the NW portion of the area today into Wed. The ridge
will persist over the far NW waters Wed into Fri night, then will
weaken Sat into Sat night. A coastal low pressure trough along
the California coast will strengthen Wed night into Thu night,
then will slowly weaken through Sat night.
