.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
continue along the California coast today through Fri night. A
weak cold front will dissipate as it moves S across the southern
California water today into tonight. High pressure will build
across the far NW portion today before weakening tonight into
Tue. High pressure will rebuild NW of the area Thu into Fri, then
weaken Fri night as a cold front approaches the region.
