.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist near the California coast today through tonight, then
weaken and dissipate on Thu and Thu night. A weak cold front will
move into the N and central waters today. High pressure will
build to the W of the area today and tonight, then slowly weaken
Thu and Thu night. Another cold front will move across the N
waters and into the central waters Fri and Fri night. High
pressure will build E towards the waters Sat though Sun night.
