DICKSON...NORTHWESTERN LAWRENCE...PERRY...HUMPHREYS AND HICKMAN
COUNTIES THROUGH 315 AM CDT...

At 229 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Vale to 10 miles north of Parsons to near
Adamsville. Movement was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dickson, Waverly, Hohenwald, Centerville, Camden, Waynesboro, Linden,
New Johnsonville, McEwen, Burns, Collinwood, Hurricane Mills,
Clifton, Charlotte, Lobelville, Gordonsburg, Kimmins, Bon Aqua,
Busseltown, and Primm Springs.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 134 and 175.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
