...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...

  Black River at Poplar Bluff affecting Butler County.

.Heavy rains over the last 36 hours have caused rises on the Black
River.  The river at Poplar Bluff is forecast to crest 1.5 feet
above flood stage this evening.

For the Black River...including Poplar Bluff...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Black River at Poplar Bluff.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Farmland south of Poplar Bluff floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:15 AM CDT Monday was 16.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5
    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    17.6 feet on 12/26/2009.
