The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
  Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
  Southwestern Noble County in east central Ohio...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 424 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Thornport to near Perry State Forest to
  Glouster, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  Zanesville, Caldwell, New Concord, South Zanesville, North
  Zanesville, Dresden, Frazeysburg, Dudley, Philo, Pleasant Grove,
  Cumberland, Belle Valley, Gratiot, Fultonham, Dexter City, Norwich,
  Ruraldale, Chandlersville, Bridgeville, and Cannelville.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 70 in Ohio near mile marker 143, and between mile
  markers 145 and 173.
  Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 17 and 30.
