.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough will remain in place over the region
this morning bringing chances of rain showers early this morning (20%).
Westerly winds will prevail with sustained winds 10-20 mph with gusts to
25 mph this morning (<20%). Winds will remain elevated through the
evening before decreasing tomorrow. Daytime RHs will be moderate
with excellent overnight recoveries. An upper level ridge will move in
overnight bringing decreased winds, warmer temperatures and poor daytime
RHs.
