.DISCUSSION...
An upper level weather disturbance will lead to off-and-on thick
high clouds Sunday followed by less cloudiness Monday. Winds
Sunday afternoon are expected to be similar to what they have been
today by favoring a southerly direction before a slow onset to
southwesterly by late afternoon. Gusts may be slightly lower
though. Winds Monday will follow a similar diurnal pattern but
with an earlier onset of southwesterly in the afternoon. MinRH
values will continue to be in the single digits and overnight
recovery will be modest with MaxRH roughly around 30%.
