...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ALAMOSA...WEST
CENTRAL HUERFANO AND SOUTHEASTERN SAGUACHE COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM
MDT...

At 303 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
San Luis Lake, or 18 miles northeast of Alamosa, moving northeast at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Great Sand Dunes and San Luis Lake.
