...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LAS ANIMAS COUNTY
THROUGH 300 PM MDT...

At 236 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Segundo, or 16 miles southwest of Trinidad, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Trinidad, Cokedale, Starkville, Segundo, Raton Pass, and Boncarbo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
