.SYNOPSIS...A broad area of low pressure, known as a Central
American Gyre, has developed over the region. This weather
pattern will cause fresh to strong winds, rough seas and
widespread showers and thunderstorms across much of offshore
waters through mid week. Conditions will continue to improve
over the Gulf of Panama tonight. Farther south, seas to 8 ft in S
swell will continue around the Galapagos Islands through Tue.
