...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WAYNE...WILSON AND
EAST CENTRAL JOHNSTON COUNTIES THROUGH 145 AM EDT...

At 111 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Smithfield, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Wilson, Fremont, Micro, Pine Level, Kenly, Princeton, Lucama,
Stantonsburg, Black Creek, and Pikeville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
