.DISCUSSION...
Minimum relative humidity expect to drop today between the upper
single digits and the upper teens across the region. Portions of the
region near the OR border see a 20-40% chance for isolated showers
and thunderstorms during the afternoon and early evening today while
Mono and southern Mineral Counties see a 15-25% chance. Otherwise,
above average temperatures and afternoon breezes gusting up to around 25
mph can be expected.
