...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
Douglas County. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. This
warning was extended upstream and is still in effect for Ozark
County.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
southwestern Missouri.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN OZARK COUNTY...

At 1219 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Gainesville,
or 20 miles southeast of Ava, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Wasola, Noble, and Thornfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
