...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN CEDAR COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...
The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of most of Dade
and northern Lawrence Counties, where the warning has been
cancelled. Far southeast Dade County, northeast Lawrence County,
southwest Polk County, and northwest Greene County remain in a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 AM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN POLK...NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE...NORTHWESTERN GREENE
AND SOUTHEASTERN DADE COUNTIES...
At 536 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Morrisville to 7 miles north of Billings, moving
east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Ash Grove, Walnut Grove, Halltown, Sacville, Cave Springs, Eudora,
and Bois D`arc.
This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 55 and 63.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
