morning. Light rain will be possible through the day on Monday, with
more widespread moderate to heavy rain occurring Monday night through
Tuesday. The latest forecast for the San Diego River has the
river rising to monitor stage around 6 PM Monday, February
5 and the river reaching flood stage by 3 AM on Tuesday, February
6. The river is currently forecast to peak at 10.7 feet Tuesday
morning. There is high confidence the river will exceed monitor
stage (7.5 FT ) Monday afternoon, and a 56% chance the river will
exceed flood stage (10 FT) Tuesday morning.

stage (8.2 FT) and a 16% chance the river will exceed flood stage
(11.2 FT).
