  West Central Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  North Central Gregg County in northeastern Texas...
  Harrison County in northeastern Texas...
  Marion County in northeastern Texas...
  Eastern Upshur County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 145 PM CDT.

* At 1049 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Longview, Marshall, White Oak, Gilmer, Hallsville, Waskom,
  Jefferson, Ore City, East Mountain, Mooringsport, Harleton,
  Woodlawn, Berea, Karnack, Diana, Smithland, Cedar Springs, West
  Mountain, Gray and Scottsville.
